All signage for must be professionally made. Businesses participating in this program should send their Banner to The IPPO, 100 Hannan Trace Road, Patriot, Ohio 45658 by Jan 1. Arrangements  and expenses for shipping back Banner are the responsibility of the business providing the Banner.

All Ads must be sent to our office at Ads@pageantprofessionals.org at least 30 days prior to the event. If you would like an ad created for your business, email us at this same email to discuss ad details/creation. Businesses and Titleholders are both welcome to submit ads.

SWAG BAG SPONSORSHIP

Gifts, gift certificates, or coupons for Swag Bags must be received in the Expo office at least 30 days prior to the event.  We will be giving away Swag Bags to all registered attendees. Everyone donating will be listed in the Sponsorship Section of the EXPO Special Edition Magazine and featured in the Expo sponsorship banner.

DOOR PRIZE BASKET PRIZES

Gifts or Services, like Gift Certificates, should arrive in our office at least 30 days prior to the event. We will be giving away 10 Door Prize Baskets, each valued at least $1,000 or more. Your donations will be distributed into the Door Prize Baskets. Minimum value of the gift/service should be at least $25.   Everyone donating will be listed in the Sponsorship Section of the EXPO Special Edition Magazine and featured in the Expo sponsorship banner.
